7 Installation Notes

  1. Before installation, confirm that the power supply is DC12V and the positive and negative poles must not be reversed;

  2. The lens should be directly facing the instrument display area, with a distance of 10–50cm, preferably installed at a vertical angle, and strong backlight should be avoided;

  3. Ensure that the Ethernet/RS485 wiring is correct and the network is smooth; remote configuration can be performed after the device is online;

  4. Avoid installing in places with severe vibration and strong electromagnetic interference;

  5. For outdoor installation, it is recommended to take sunshade and rainproof measures to make full use of the device’s IP67 protection performance;

  6. It is recommended to set a frame for the recognition area to reduce interference and improve accuracy;
