Background & Requirements

Client: affiliates of Jiangsu Guoxin Group — Huajing PV and Xinneng Haoyang. Locations: Taizhou and Yangzhou, Jiangsu, for distributed PV data acquisition. Requirement: acquire PV meter data, aggregate it, perform logic calculations, and produce daily/weekly/monthly station generation statistics, with platform reports and downloadable data.

Solution

Used the mainstream 4G infrared meter reader SC-GP-IR4G for infrared acquisition. Based on standard meter values (positive/reverse active total, peak/flat/valley), the platform computes daily/weekly/monthly generation, grid export, user-side consumption, utilization hours, station power usage rate and self-consumption ratio.

Automated statistics and reporting of generation data, removing manual accounting, with directly downloadable results; dedicated reports were delivered for Huajing PV (Taizhou) and Xinneng Haoyang (Yangzhou).
