4.1Data Collection
The product supports data collection of equipment with multiple protocols, and the corresponding protocols support more than 300 communication protocols including industry, power, environmental protection and other industries, such as MODBUS/CDT/101/102/103/104/IEC61850/GOOSE/DLT645/MQTT/HTTP, etc., to meet various on-site needs. 4.2 Data Storage
Supports data storage. The machine has built-in 8G storage space, which can meet various data storage needs, offline caching, breakpoint resume and other functions. It supports built-in applications for data storage and automatically retransmits offline data when transmission is restored.
4.3 Data Forwarding
The all-in-one 5G fusion terminal itself has a remote motor function, supports various platforms/power dispatching 104, distribution network 101, CDT and other communication protocols, supports simultaneous transmission of multiple data channels, such as 101/104, and supports single-channel forwarding of multiple clients to meet the communication needs of various dispatching master stations.

4.4 Encrypted transmission

4.6 5G high-speed communication
all-in-one 5G converged terminal supports the latest generation of mobile communication technology, 5G communication, and data communication is reliable, efficient, stable, and low-latency. It can maintain high-speed communication with the main station in real time and control the response within 50ms .
4.7 Protocol Library List
The all-in-one 5G converged terminal runs the LPC data acquisition core software platform ( LPC software for short ). Each communication protocol is an independent SO library in the LPC software . When the device starts, the LPC software reads the configured project and dynamically loads the required SO library according to the configured project. When developing a new communication protocol or expanding an existing communication protocol, it does not affect the stability of other communication protocols in the original system.

Console is the debugging serial port / RS232 / Type-C interface form of the 5G converged terminal. SIM: It is the entry for scheduling the 5G APN private network card.
Supported SIM card types: standard SIM card 25mm*15mm (mini SIM card). To install the card, the user needs to use a pin to push the ejection handle on the side of the SIM card slot and eject the card. After the card is ejected, insert the standard SIM card into the card, as shown below (make sure to press the SIM card into place). Then insert the card into the machine along the SIM card slot guide and securely insert it into place.
(Note : SIM card insertion and removal operations require power off, and SIM card insertion and removal with power on is not supported)

Through 5G For CPE communication, the station end adopts an integrated acquisition and communication device that integrates multiple machines into one. It also has functions such as wireless/wired communication , encryption chip, telecontrol transmission, AGC substation, etc. The photovoltaic inverter signal communicates through a trusted WLAN network, power carrier network or 485 wired network and an all-in-one 5G fusion terminal.
the 5G converged communication terminal communicates with the wireless security access area of the dispatching master station via the wireless network. The communication protocol adopts the DL/T634.5104 protocol .
through 5G wireless/wired communication, the vertical communication channel adopts access control , authentication and encryption measures. At the same time , it can correctly receive and automatically execute the instructions issued by the AGC master station to adjust the inverter output power.****
7 Product Installation
7.1 Pre-installation check
Check the outer packaging:
the All-in-One 5G Converged Terminal, please check the packaging for visible damage, such as holes, cracks , or other signs of possible internal damage. If there are any abnormalities in the packaging, do not unpack it and contact your dealer as soon as possible.
Check the random accessories:
After unpacking the All-in-One 5G Converged Terminal, please check whether the delivered items are complete and have no obvious external damage. If there is any damage or any items are missing, please contact the manufacturer.

7.3 Select the device installation location
Ø When choosing an installation location, consider the following requirements:
Ø all-in-one 5G converged terminal is IP20 . Do not install the all-in-one 5G converged terminal outdoors.
Ø Do not place the all-in-one 5G converged terminal in a water- or humid environment to avoid damage to the all-in-one 5G converged terminal.
Ø The ambient temperature should be maintained at -40ºC ~ +75ºC.
Ø Ensure that the RS485 communication distance does not exceed 1000m and the Ethernet communication distance does not exceed 100m.
Ø 5G fusion terminal at an appropriate height to facilitate operation and maintenance.
Ø all-in-one 5G converged terminal should maintain a certain installation distance from surrounding objects.
7.4 How to install an all-in-one 5G converged terminal
7.4.1 Standard rail installation

Good rack grounding is an important guarantee for equipment anti-static, anti-leakage, lightning protection, and anti-interference, so ensure that the rack grounding wire is installed correctly;

Equipment installed in the rack is generally installed from bottom to top to avoid overloading;

Procedure
Step 1 : Install the two L -shaped brackets in the accessories on the left and right sides of the all-in-one 5G converged terminal, and fix them with the screws provided in the accessories;
Step 2 : Place the all-in-one 5G converged terminal in an appropriate position in the rack, preferably supported by a bracket;
Step 3 : Use rack screws to fix the L -shaped brackets to the guide grooves fixed at both ends of the rack to ensure that the device is installed on the rack stably and securely.
Step 4 : Tighten the rack screws with a screwdriver and make sure they are not loose.
8Electrical connections
Application Overview:
This section mainly introduces the specific operations of electrical connection between the all-in-one 5G converged terminal and inverters, combiner boxes, power quality meters, environmental monitors, electric meters and other equipment .

When the all-in-one 5G converged terminal is connected using an RS485 communication cable, the cable can be connected to the RS485(1)-RS485(8) terminal blocks.
When the all-in-one 5G converged terminal is connected by network cable, the cable can be connected to 4 network ports. For detailed port descriptions, please refer to the front of the box in the appearance description.

Connecting device description:
When the all-in-one 5G converged terminal supports connecting multiple devices through the serial port, the connection method is as shown in the figure below. For specific wiring methods of different devices, please refer to the wiring instructions of the communication cable of the opposite device.
Notice:
all-in-one 5G converged terminal connects to devices via a serial port ( the number of devices connected to a single serial port is recommended not to exceed 32 )
8.2Connecting the protective ground wire
Application overview: Through the grounding wire, the shell grounding terminal of the all-in-one 5G converged terminal is connected to the on-site grounding bar to achieve the purpose of grounding protection, which can effectively protect the equipment;
Steps:
Step 1 Connect one end of the prepared grounding cable (4m 2 -6m 2 ) to the on-site grounding bar;
Step 2 Connect the other end to the ground terminal of the all-in-one 5G converged terminal shell, as shown in the figure below.
